When Liisa Vexler was preparing for the arrival of her first child, she did a lot of what she loves to do, shopping. She looked all over her hometown, Ottawa, only to be disappointed in the selection of things for her baby. So, during her son Dexter's first year, she scoured the world from her computer looking for the best, most unique, most healthy, most stylish, and most innovative products. She found lots of great things, most of them from right here in Canada, and many of them made by other moms.
