Do you ship outside Canada and the United States?
Yes. Shipping rates and delivery times vary. Email us for a shipping estimate at info@storkbabyboutique.com.
In what currency are your prices quoted?
Prices quoted on our site are in Canadian dollars.
Do you charge taxes?
Yes. Applicable sales taxes are applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped. All Canadians pay 5% GST. Ontario residents pay 8% PST, except on children's apparel and shoes. These items are exempt from this tax.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not, let us know and we'll fix it. Please note, personalized products are not refundable. Goods must be in re-sellable condition (unused, original packaging) and returned within 14 days. Seasonal goods (Christmas hats, toys) are not refundable after the holiday. Shipping fees are not refundable.
How long will it take to get my order?
We package and ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Most in-stock orders in Ontario are received within 3 business days after receipt of payment. Need something faster? Let us know. Expedited shipping can be arranged. We also offer free local pick up for Ottawa residents as well as free local deliveries on orders over $69- please call 613.240.8229 or email to make arrangements.
What are your shipping charges?
We are a small company dedicated to bringing you cool baby products and really good customer service. We carefully pack and ship your purchase via Canada Post within 24 hours of receiving your order, which means you'll receive it within 2 to 7 days depending on where you live. We don't charge a "handling fee" and work hard to keep shipping costs down.
