what is the best baby lotion for my almost 10 month old baby?
I have the johnson’s and johnson’s baby lotion but i dont really like it because it seems too watery and my baby’s skin is a tad bit dry so I would like to know if there is a body lotion (and body wash) some mom’s can recommend for her?! thanks!
I’m more of the natural kind of person… I don’t think anything with a lot of unnecessary ingredients are good for baby’s skin along with mineral oil, because are body’s are made up of water not oil, so it doesn’t absorb into the skin, it just sits on top, not allowing the skin to breath. Also a lot of companies put alcohol in their lotion, for no real apparent reason which can be harsh to your baby’s skin and actually causing it to be dry, like if you put alcohol on your face. For my 5 month old son I massage him each night after his bath with JoJoba Oil, its for hair skin and scalp, so its useful if your baby has cradle cap… I use Dessert Essence brand because they use no animal ingredients, no animal testing, no alcohol, artificial detergents, color or synthetic perfumes. hope this was helpful to you : )
