We carefully pack and ship your purchase via Canada Post within 24 hours of receiving your order, which means you'll receive it within 2 to 7 days depending on where you live. We don't charge a "handling fee" and work hard to keep shipping costs down.

Returns
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you're not, let us know and we'll fix it. Please note, personalized products are not refundable. Goods must be in their original condition and returned within 14 days. Seasonal goods (Christmas hats, toys) are not refundable after the holiday. Shipping charges are non-refunable.
