<p>I agree with the other poster. Likely you have soap residue.  I don&#8217;t know anybody who replaces bath toys unless they are broken, so couldn&#8217;t give you a &#8217;schedule.&#8217;  The toys are cleaned.  The exception is sponge toys which need to be completely air dried after every use and those do get thrown out after a couple of months.</p>
